Tanks, bugs and scenery, lots of scenery!

So i wonder what will happen if a tank company goes up against undying robots?  dead tanks!!!

In other areas some nids took on some templars and an explosion of greenery!

  

 

The club may have upgraded its defensive weaponry when hearing about a possible WW3 post BREXIT, hopefully that won't stop it being painted!  fortress of redemption is still being sorted, fingers crossed for a finish next week!

A sultan post wouldn't be complete without some 30k, some destroyers for you to feast on, along with the 'big stuff' that G made me remove from "his" cupboard so he could get his wolves in pfffft.

Drop pods and rescue missions

Templars!!!  Drop pods!!!  Fowsands of em!

Everyones favourite/most feared drop pod formation - skyhammer - landed around the denziens of Ulthwe within a ruined district.  In total, 4 pods landed turn 1 and utterly decimated the faggy space elves.

This left Eldrad Ulthran stranded onboard an ork infested space hulk.  luckily a Howling Griffons strike cruiser was passing through the system and attempted to aid the escape of the venerable farseer.  Unfortunately after the initial relief force had teleported across the orks erected defensive shielding preventing the massed 1st company terminator force from assisting. 

End result, tabled on the ground, tabled in space.  A bad week to be an eldar player.

WAAAAAAGH!!!!!! and something old

Orks decided to eat some Eldar over a weekend of gaming, our Ork guy seems to have learnt how to use them!  Only Eldar highlight was the Avatar smashing the bejeezus out of a stompa.  unfortunately the resulting explosion took him out, and a wraithlord, and some guardians.  I cried.

Pusser visits for the week!

Well our dear minesweeping member Pusser came back from the rainy shores of bahrain and the sunny climes of scotland to say hello for the week, proceed with eldar vs tau and DA vs guard shennanigans!

He also managed to have a few intro games of x-wing, commence car park training!

Some tanks and fodder took on the might of the black templars whereas in space, far far away, mass dogfights occured over a lazy sunday afternoon.
